About
Coming soon to 1245 Dupont Street in Toronto is a brand new, game changing master-planned community – the luxury Galleria on the Park Condos. The development, which is now in pre-construction stage, is by Elad Canada.
The mixed-use development will sit on an 8-acre piece of land and will comprise 8 towers, with the tallest towers reaching 42 storeys. When fully complete, this condo community will house about 3,400 residential units in total that will include studio and one-bedroom to three-bedroom layouts.
The first phase, which will be situated at the north-west corner, will feature two towers 29 and 23 storeys tall and accommodate 500 units. Unit sizes will range between 450 and 1,500 sq. ft.
Galleria on the Park Condos is nestled in the already established Galleria District. This is a family-friendly community that is full of potential. Schools in the area include St. Anthony Catholic School, St Sebastian Elementary School and Saint Rita Catholic School. There are also several parks in the area such as Bristol Avenue Parkette, Wallace Emerson Park, and Chandos Park South.
It is long since another project was launched in the area. The project is a renovation of the Galleria Mall that will actually revitalize the neighbourhood and enhance its vibrancy.
